New Self-Care Journey Feature to Support Your Wellbeing

We're excited to announce a new feature in our Join Joyfully app called "Self-Care To Do List." This personalized tool is designed to help you prioritize your mental and physical wellbeing through continuous self-care practices.

Here's how it works:

  1. Sign into app.joinjoyfully.com

  2. On the home page tap ‘Self Care Check-in

  3. Answer a few quick questions about your current routine and goals. Based on your responses, you will receive customized recommendations and reminders to help you build healthy habits in areas like sleep, exercise, mindfulness, and more.
