Troubleshooting
Open the Google Chrome app on your mobile device.
Tap on the three dots icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
Scroll down and tap on "Settings".
Under the "Advanced" section, tap on "Privacy".
Tap on "Clear browsing data".
Check the box next to "Cookies and site data".
You can also check other items you want to clear such as browsing history, cached images and files, etc.
Tap on "Clear data" at the bottom of the screen.
Once the data is cleared, you can refresh the page you were having issues with by tapping on the circular arrow icon located at the top left corner of the screen, or by pulling down on the screen until the refresh icon appears and then tapping it.
That's it! You have successfully cleared cookies and refreshed the page on Google Chrome mobile.
Open the Settings app on your iOS device, scroll down and select Safari.
Under the Privacy & Security section, tap on "Clear History and Website Data."
Confirm that you want to clear your history and data by tapping "Clear History and Data."
To refresh the webpage, go back to the Safari app (with Join Joyfully loaded) and tap the circular arrow button to the right of the URL bar. This will reload the webpage with the most recent version and clear any cached data that might be causing issues.
That's it! Your cookies have been cleared, and the app has been refreshed on Safari mobile.
